Fri BBQ was very productive and we have a loose plan for PEAK..on the menu was salad with grilled pumpkin, meat and then grilled peaches served with mascapone and sherry toffee.
Our overnight hike and camp is planned for May. We thought it would be nice to celebrate our achievements by treating ourselves to a night at the coast. The whole weekend will cost about $250 (including accomodation, food, petrol).
Each Week
- Do 2 exercise sessions a week...one whenever you like and then .....meet together for a weekend session, loosley from 3-5pm on Sunday afternoons. Ready February Go!

Who is Peak?
Peak is a group of gals who are working towards their PEAK. For the next 12 weeks are are working towards doing an overnight hike at Lamington National Park.
Each week we will walk together and also do at least one other exercise session in the week.

How Can I Reach My Peak?
- Do 2 exercise sessions a week - One by yourself and one with the Peak Climbers,
- Go on a bushwalk one Saturday a month
- Continue this for a peroid of about 10 weeks (Term 1)
-Complete with an overnight hike in Lamington National Park around Easter.
-Celebrate with a night in luxury at Lamington National Park
